CRRSAA, HEERF and ARP Federal Grant Programs

Richmond Community College (College) acknowledges the College signed and returned to the Department of Education (Department) the College’s Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under the CARES, CRRSAA and ARP Acts. This includes assurance that the college has used, or intends to use, funds received to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students. The College has been awarded a total of $5,463,109.00, which has been awarded directly to students.
